Carla Springer is a folk/blues/rock singer-songwriter from New York's Hudson Valley. She's passionate about the environment and crafts her songs about her love of friends, family and Earth. Born in New York and raised in Southern California she starting singing in choirs and at twelve learned the guitar and began writing songs. After playing in various rock and folk bands in venues throughout Los Angeles, Carla moved back to New York. Recently her acoustic group shared the stage with Peter Yarrow and Tom Chapin at The Towne Crier in Beacon.
