Playing keyboards, synthesizers and acoustic guitar I have been writing instrumental music for over 20 years. In more recent years I have developed as a vocalist and have written a number of guitar based songs which I hope to record soon. From 1998-2002 I was half of the dance duo "The Logical Operators" with Jazz Ball, producing our unique brand of progressive/techno/trance. From 2010-2011 I performed as keyboard player and 2nd vocalist with pop/rock covers band, Sphere. For info, mp3's and video's by Sphere go to: www.myspace.com/spherebanduk, www.youtube.com/user/spherebanduk and www.facebook.com/sphereband.
In January 2012 I was invited by drummer/guitarist and producer, Keith Twidale, to co-write for his Plumbjam project. Our first song (The Hidden Cure) was released in March 2012, copyright Plumbjam Studios.
Saturation:Space Rock Jam. Happened one night in Jan 2011 to blow off frustrated steam. Un-ashamedly OTT and self indulgent and for Space Rock fans only. Apart from percussion, no sequencers, computers or sample loops were used- all parts played live onto analogue 4track.
Illogical(The Log Ops): Dance. Ok, we never played many gigs. Too busy trying to mix and record this stuff using a host of budget priced synths, samplers, effects units and Jazz Ball gadgets.
The Chase(The Log Ops): Trance. Takes a while to get going but the spacey breakdown 6mins in makes it worth the wait, I hope.
A Norfolk Tale: Classical. Recorded in Nov 1992 using a Yamaha PSR home keyboard.
Electronaut: Progressive Whatever. Rec July 1998
Strange Beer In My Phryg: Electronic Space Prog. Rec 2002. Its a strange one with the lead synth part played live during the final mixdown.
Angels:Karaoke. What the hell!
