Megan Combs has been a part of the eclectic southern California music scene 2008.
She released her debut full length album in 2012 titled 'Home is Where the Heart is' and is back in the studio working on her second full length record which will be released in fall, 2015.
“I’ve been fortunate enough to meet and perform with amazing musicians who keep me on my toes and keep me humble," Says Megan, who has been steadily building her fan base in Southern California. She has performed at Festivals such as SXSW in Austin along side legendary 'Blues Traveler' singer John Popper, American Idol contestant Crystal Bowersox, and pop sensation Andy Grammer. She is a frequent on the famous Belly Up Tavern stage, opening up for amazing artists such as Suzanne Vega. In early 2015 Megan performed at the Sundance Film Festival receiving great reviews from megacritic.com, and has already been on a successful tour down through Mazatlan, Mexico with her duo project 'Hummingbird Hotel', whose debut album will be released in June of this year.
Megan also performed at Reggae In The Hills in June, 2015 beside well known Don Carlos, Stick Figure, Sister Carol, E.N Young, Stranger, and more!
Previous travels let her to Guatemala in late 2013 with the Music Is Love Exchange or M.I.L.E foundation, where she shared her talents along side Tony Lucca from NBC The Voice, Honor By August, and participated in great humanitarian work with the guatemalan locals.
She also volunteers at the Los Angeles Rock n Roll camp for girls every summer with the successful and talented women of Raining Jane, who are curently working with Jason Mraz, Grammy nominated Sarah Bareilles, and The Cold and The Lovely just to name a few.

In her newest adventure, Megan is excited to announce she is a part of a new songwriting duo with David Ornelas from the well loved southern California pop, reggae, soul band Stranger. The project is called Hummingbird Hotel. Their debut single 'Can't Say' was released on iTunes in 2014, and newest single "Higher Ground" released in June, 2015. It's got a groovy summer jam type of feel with a catchy beat and fun lyrical conversation.
Their debut album will be released in late 2015.
