Caesar / Bio

A Chicago native, Caesar got his first break when he nailed an audition for Julio Iglesias at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, becoming the first and only baritone vocalist to perform with the legendary performer on his Tango World Tour. Caesar has toured, shared the stage and recorded with: Lou Rawls, Herbie Hancock, Stanley Clark, George Duke, Al Jarreau, Ronnie Laws, Rachelle Farrell, Jonathan Butler, Gerald Albright, Rick Braun, Michael Paulo, James Ingram and Peter White, just to name a few. Caesar's debut album, entitled “Jazz Standards - For Today's Audience, was engineered by Al Schmitt, 22-Time Grammy Award Winner, recorded at Capitol Studios, in Studio A, using the original microphone and Steinway piano Nat "King" Cole and Frank Sinatra used in the 1950s. Caesar's album has been well received by radio programers around the world and it is being played in rotation with: Nat “King” Cole, Barbra Streisand, Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, John Coltrane, Thelonious Monk, Dave Koz, Peter White, Rick Braun and Al Jarreau, just to name a few. Caesar was chosen by his peers (Grammy voting members) to perform Grammy Weekend for the 57th Annual Grammy Awards at the House of Blues Foundation Room – Sunset Strip and he will be joined by 2015 Grammy Nominee for Best Latin Jazz Album - Emilo Solls. Caesar was also asked to perform with Paul Avgerinos - Nominated for Best New Age Album. Caesar has performed for private celebrations, philanthropic galas and over 100 corporate events including, United Airlines, McDonald’s Corporation, Enterprise, Mercedes Benz, The House of Blues Foundation, Toyota, Universal Studios, Screen Actors Guild Foundation, and Hollywood’s A – List, just to name a few.
