Joey Everett / Bio

Hi, my name is Joey Everett. I come from a long line of southern writers and preachers, five generations to be exact. So, I write, sing, and preach. Honestly, I don’t know if I do it because I love it tremendously, or because it’s what I was born to do. What I do know is that I will continue to try and pour myself out as an offering to God for this life he has blessed me with. It is my hope that out of this offering you will find something beautiful.

Joey Everett has performed at conferences, and festivals for over 12 years. He started his career as front man for the popular band Ninth Hour. He has opened for Switchfoot, Third Day, The Newsboys, and Audio Adrenaline, just to name a few. After Generating a good fan-base in the South, Joey set his sites for the West to do ministry in California. Since moving, Joey has had song placements in TV and Film, and recently signed a publishing deal with Media Creature Music. His sophomore disc, Unsaid, produced by Chris Omartian (Pink, Pussy Cat Dolls, Hillary Duff), is set for release this Summer and is currently generating quite a buzz in the secular and Christian industries. Joey's music is folky with a pop edge, and is sure to please fans of Jars of Clay, John Mayher, and Needtobreathe.
