Born in 1993 in Central Kentucky, this 19 year old young man has been singing in front of crowds since he was 6. Getting his first guitar at the age of 11 he was playing it in no time and impressing family and friends with his natural ability to play anything with a chord or a beat. Dillon comes from two sides of musical families. His grandfathers both named Harold played music in the 60’s and 70’s. The late, Harold Montgomery played country music all over Kentucky and played at the Grand Ole Opry. Since those early days the Montgomery name has become very popular in the country music business as Dillon’s uncles (John Michael and Eddie) lived their fathers dream of one day being in the Country Music Hall of Fame. Harold Carmichael started his music career in the 60’s in Gospel music with his five brothers the “Carmichael Brothers” and in the 70’s playing rock-n-roll all over central Kentucky. In addition to her brother’s vocal talents, Dillon’s mother Becky Montgomery has been told by many that she has the best voice of all. So understandably so, Dillon Carmichael is here to entertain and carry on the tradition.
