A four time Asbury Music Award Nominee and a New Jersey native,
Justina has been playing guitar and writing her own songs since she was 18.
With the influences of classic and folk rock, Justina writes from personal
experience and fictional stories. She pens all her own tunes and delivers
from the heart with her soft, yet soulful rock vocal approach.
The half angry rock chick and half soft spoken songstress is musically
inspired by The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Eric Clapton, Jewel, Sheryl Crow,
as well as the vocal styles of Pat Benatar, Janis Joplin and Christina Aguilera.
Justina has accumulated a bountiful catalogue of catchy six strings
soulful pop tunes that leaves listeners humming for days.
Justina has performed over one hundred live shows in her diligent
career; her mantra is that she would play anywhere and everywhere,
something that is not found in many young artists in the current music
scene. She has performed live on the NBC 10! Show in Philadelphia
and the NYC ING marathon in 2008. She has also headlined in legendary
tri state area venues such as CBGB, The Stone Pony, The Bitter End and
In 2008, with the success of her long awaited EP "Last One Standing"
she reached the Indie charts at the 38th position in all genres and 4 in
the genre of pop (indiecharts.com) Also, that same year, Justina went
on to win the Fully Loaded Vocal title, presented by 5th Gear Multimedia
in NYC and in April 2009 and January 2010 she won the Artist of the Month
contest on Stereofame.com. She is currently the only artist to have won this title
more than once. Justina is currently working with Sing a Song, a children's
program which teaches developmental and motor skills to young children using music.
She will soon hit the studio to work on her next project, which is guaranteed to take
the music world by storm.
