Hailing from the Worcester area and the outskirts of Hudson, Ma. The Lounge Chair Allstars formally known as Singuya broke into the scene with their depute EP Beat it Seaguls in 2005. Having played countless basements, backyards, and bodegas the band began playing larger venues including headlining shows at the Lucky Dog & Tammany Hall in Worcester, Ma - Harpers Ferry & T T the Bears in Boston Ma. and opened for some bigger names like the Lemonheads and Graveyard BBQ. The band put out their latest album Bet on Red out in 2008 and decided to change the band name to The Lounge Chair Allstars in 2010. They are currently in the studio now putting together new album. The band takes sounds like the Talking Heads, Sublime, The Black Keys, The Dead Milkmen and mixes it all up in a bucket and serves it all up with their own rockabilly sound.
