This is David Bundy's profile featuring the three main groups he is involved with, Chanman Roots Band, Wyatt Lowe and the Mayhem Kings and his own group (Sally Rod, soon to change) playing the Beck Song Reader songbook along with other projects David might be heard and seen with. www.chanmanrootsband.com and www.reverbnation.com/sallyrod to see info on members of those groups.
Calle Mambo, the now defunked Latin Jazz group, was doing anything from Tito Puente to Pete Escovedo. See video of us playing a show w/ Pete. We also have some originals written by the great Mike Eckroth for Calle Mambo.
Chanman Roots Band is a roots reggae group doing covers from BobMarley to Peter Tosh and Jimmy Cliff etc. We also have a CD of original music we released last Summer.
David currently is rehearsing a band to play Beck's Song Reader songbook where he plays guitar and sings.
Wyatt Lowe and the Mayhem Kings is a blues/rockabilly/early rock group fronted by teen shredder Wyatt Lowe. We've got lots of dates this summer hopefully we'll be near you.
David also teaches music privately, at home, in his cozy home studio. He enjoys teaching dums, bass guitar, guitar and keyboard percussion to students of all ages. David has been teaching in Driggs now for 9 years.
There are also a couple of songs from an old band Sound Mynd. Only a couple of years old, though. Good band with a bunch of originals written mostly by Chris Thornton. Bundy is on the drums and bass for these studio recordings.
