Kath Lloyd is a vocalist and over the years has been a member of numerous bands, performance groups, choirs and ensembles, in Wales (UK)[eg "Flaming Sisters" and "Mambo Jambo"] and in Australia [eg "The Esplanados" and currently "Muddy Tutu"]. Kath luvs a bit o harmony and rhythmic layering, and although she's very fond of a capella and acoustic she equally leans towards funk and electronic fusions...and to collaborate with other artists on a variety of projects is definitely what makes her happiest.
The choral/ a cappella arrangement of Kath’s original song "Shimmering" (co-arranged with Christine Grodd), is soon to become available for purchase on www.lulu.com.

Kath is also an early childhood music specialist, with a particular interest in speech and interpersonal development. She has been a registered KMEIA (Kodaly Music Education Institute of Australia) teacher since 2000. She teaches children at Griffith University Young Conservatorium and runs “Do Re Mi, Music for Children” classes in Brisbane, Australia. She presents Professional Development seminars to peers and childcare centre staff, and mentors graduates.
