Jed's Dead is a Los Angeles based band that creates a dark blend of country rock and alternative roots music. The band has gradually expanded its sound while still honoring the Americana tradition. Jed's Dead crafts songs that range from twangy, blues rockers to brooding acoustic ballads all with a touch of gallows humor.
Their debut album, "You've Already Won, Babydoll" was produced by Grammy Award winning producer Tommy Skarupa. The first single from the album, "A Girl from Texas" was mixed by multi-platinum producer Val Garay.
Their second album, "Blacktop Honeymoon" is currently being recorded and scheduled for release in late 2016.
