London’s latest blockbuster on the industrial music scene, Project Juggernaut, has just released their second album “INK SONATA” a follow up to their underground smash hit “TECHNOIR” and already they are topping the charts with bone crushing releases such as “PSYCHOTIC”, “DIRTY SISTER” and their title track “INK SONATA”. Entering the race at an amazing #3 on CKCU radios top 30 within weeks of the album being released, for this bunch of guys the sky is the limit!
Formed in 2009, members Jay Cromie (vocals), Jeremy Chaulk (synth ,bass and production), RobbieK (lead guitar, back up vocals) and Ed Corbett (guitar) are taking the music world by storm with quite an impressive resume for a relatively young band. Their video release of “Concubine” off the “Technoir” album had thousands of hits on Youtube within months of being released. Currently the guys are keeping themselves busy working on a soundtrack for a movie project set to be released early this fall as well as gearing up for their premier live performance of the “INK SONATA” album. With all that, they still find time to promote and model Necrotic clothing, a clothing line designed by another of London’s finest, Rebecca Deville.
Hailing from London Ontario, they have a fan base that spreads from here to the Far East and all points in between. Their brand of hard, gritty in-your-face music speaks to your soul and delivers a heartfelt honesty that is rarely experienced. The raw lyrics, mind bending guitar and earth shaking bass lines force one to look at a side of humanity that is sometimes best left in the dark. “Ink Sonata” is sure to be this years hidden gem and Project Juggernaut is, as their name suggests, a force to be reckoned with.
