Bronx native, Reuben Blades is a well versed musician. Producing since the age of 13, he has been featured on works ranging from his own as well directed talent for various entertainment companies ie LifeSoulMusement/ Being Latino Inc., Rollow Media (RM) A.I. Productions and Sony Music. He has also contributed his talents as a writer, director, graphic designer, actor and engineer. He is also former member of the indie production duo "The Bassiks".
Reuben's works have been featured on BronxNet’s “Xiomara TV” and the annual Orchard Beach Festival hosted by 97.9’s “La Mega”. Reuben has also performed in the Lower East Side's popular "NuyoRican Poets Cafe", become a frequent at Vibe Lounge's own "The W.H.A.T. Show", backed a fulled featured show at Manhattan's very own 40/40 club, and most recently opened with Louise Browne and the Facing Stories at NYC's popular nightclub, S.O.B.'s (Sounds of Brazil)

Kelly, Jack White, Flea, Brian Mcknight, Carlos Santana, Raphael Saadiq, Elton John, Alex Bodnar (Madison Rising), Prince, and Jimi Hendrix.
