It’s easy to say about Paul F. Antonelli Jr. that he is the type of artist that will purposely put a square peg in a round hole and make it work. Over his career which spans 15years, 6 six albums, a Toronto Jazz festival award and a Carnegie Hall performance he has been stretched, poked and prodded with countless music arrangements and different music creations. But Through that 15 years two things have remained constant: the sound and the ability. He began the ’10 movements’, which brought his idea to the light. After touring he began his Fusion Jazz album ‘Red, Black and Gray’ to which led to a successful tour as well. He is now focusing his energies into his latest album ‘Chagrin Falls’ in which he is experimenting in writing orchestral music for one instrument.
