Every day is a good day, only because it brings me that much closer to success. I deal with the real and never mess with the rest. I was born over seas in Germany due to my Fathers military career. We moved back to the States when i was 3. We moved into D.C, and that's where my memories begin. When I was 6 we moved to Bladensburg, MD, good times getting into trouble there. Then I turned 10 and moved into P.G. County, Mitchellville, MD to be exact. My Father retired from the military and fatherhood about that time. He decided to become a crack head, that's where my fascination with the underworld began. Not any metaphysical underworld like that vampire movie, nah, even worse, stuff that movies only wish they correctly recreate. He left my Mother with one of two options, sink or swim, i guess that is how it became my motto for life. My Mother was always a swimmer, so she graduated college and kept up our house, ran our neighborhood committees, and raised us kids to be swimmers as well. I turned 13 and lost all care for walking the straight and narrow. Got into drugs, violence, theft, and all other sorts of morally and physically destructive scenarios. That is where my music comes from, I call it "Dark-Hop", most people say my music has a dark sound to it, al my beats seem to have low toned bells and wind instruments. I know, i planned it that way, myself and Soor "Karmatic" Kothari got together and created a new sound for old ears. I wanted to send the message of what I endured myself on this journey of life, however, I didn't want to glorify my destructive ways, I just want to air my thoughts out. I hope you can find comfort in the pain of my music, understand it is a shared pain.
