Home grown in Cedar City, Utah, I began to teach myself to play guitar when I was 11 years old. I wrote a country song at that time with my cousin Jessica that we may have performed for our grandmother. The real music education came when I met Jeremy Freier, a blind guitar wizard who had also taught himself to play guitar. Although he never gave me an actual lesson, I learned a lot from him. You can hear the influence in my music. Through heartbreak and triumph music has fed my soul and I am a better person for this.
One can still catch me playing my guitar around the campfire, in the backyard or in the living room. Good Luck.
