Born Michael Anthony Carter A.K.A “Syn’Cere” began singing at a young age in his church choir in LA, Ca. He began recording professionally in 1993, at the tail end of the new jack swing era, yet he’s still able to keep much of its sound alive. While he created a smooth, professional mixture of hip-hop beats, soulful crooning and funk, the most distinctive element of “Syn’Cere’s” music is its explicit seductive sounds. He enjoys making songs like "Let Me Love You”, “I Don’t Mind” and “Hunger” and that’s just to name a few. “Syn’Cere” has also developed a flair for soulful ballads that has helped cement his status as one of the first male artists from Long Beach to transcend from the streets to making the ladies go straight crazy. "This album has a mixture of R&B and Hip-Hop with a touch of “Syn’Cere’s” enticing and seducing lyrics”, says “Idevine”, who “Syn’Cere got an opportunity to work with, one of Cali’s hottest new producers/singer/song writer, who also has an upcoming album.”Syn’Cere”, who normally writes most of his records himself, admits that "Working with Idevine has made me a better Singer and Song Writer”, “Syn’Cere” also says that a lot of his music is a reflection of what's going on in his life.”Most of my music is created based on experiences I’ve had with LOVE and RELATIONSHIPS”, he explains. "There's a lot of SeXzy “LOVE MAKING” songs on this record”, and there's definitely a lot of “Syn’Cere’s” signature sound. He has mastered and perfected the ability to blend old school soul with an edgy hip-hop sound creating songs that appeal to real music lovers of all ages. "Your Body" written by “Syn’Cere”, exemplifies this talent to its fullest. "It's my Teddy Pendegrass, old feel kind of record”.
