Amazing 12 year old guitarist Quinn Sullivan continues his US tour with the legendary Buddy Guy in support of his debut CD, “CYCLONE”. This summer, Quinn was received with open arms and standing ovations all over North America and Canada. Accompanied by great reviews of his live performances and brisk CD sales, “CYCLONE” was among the top 10 on the Billboard Blues charts several times this year!
Quinn picked up his first guitar at the age of three and has been stunning audiences ever since. In 2007, Quinn’s world turned upside down when he met GRAMMY winning Blues legend Buddy Guy in Quinn’s hometown in Massachusetts. Buddy invited Quinn on stage that night and he has never looked back. Buddy recalls that fateful evening, “Man, I called this kid out and I just couldn’t outrun him… I knew I had to make sure people know about him.”
Quinn has been featured on several national television shows including Ellen, Oprah, The Today Show, and most recently, Jimmy Kimmel Live where he performed his new single “My Sweet Guitar”. Quinn’s new CD “CYCLONE” was recorded and produced in Nashville with the help of Buddy Guy and GRAMMY winning producer Tom Hambridge. It has been getting national airplay. Quinn was also recently featured in several music publications including Guitar World, Guitar International, and Guitar Player Magazine.
