Winner of a North American Indigenous Image Award for Outstanding Blues Album. Bio Rock Pop-Blues music from Albuquerque, NM The Jir Project Band is roaming the world!

The concert experience is full of refreshing guitar tones, colorful stage antics and life stories from premier guitarist Jir Anderson. This native brother takes great pride in his Native American (Cochiti Pueblo, NM) upbringing, which is the root to his life philosophies and fuels the music. Add the blend of Eric Owens funky bass lines and New Jersey drum beats from Brad Yoblonsky and you are ready to enjoy some musical stew.
The Rock Pop Blues tribal-trio started working together in 2006 in Albuquerque, NM. Currently, the band released ‘Sun Child’ (April 2010) which captures the energy and honesty of their live performance.
