I've been dabbling with songwriting/recording/producing since I bought my first synth in ‘83. I've played with a couple bands over the years (vox and keys), but nowadays I work alone. My tastes are all over the place, but I've been nurturing a Pink Floyd obsession since I was 12... That, and the spit 'n fuzz of '60s garage rock are the two things that probably come across most in my stuff. Usually it’s one or the other, but sometimes I'll throw an unexpected lashing of fuzz or Farfisa into an otherwise Floydian soundscape or mood piece cuz I like surprises. Sometimes it works the other way around, but less obviously since '60s garage rockers liked surprises too. My latest project is a 10-song "story album," DRIVING AT NIGHT.
