It’s the fusion of hard and mainstream rock that embodies the epic sound of the rising band, The Rare. It was the year 2007 that saw the emergence of this Southern California band. Their first release was their self-titled EP in 2008; “The Savior and the Saint” followed in 2009, with multiple singles “Thrush,” “Voiceless,” and “Halfway to Huntington” released through 2012. Their latest E.P. “And I disappear” hit iTunes and other media outlets this past January. Crowds have risen to their catchy choruses and melodic tunes as The Rare have performed on legendary stages at venues like Citizens Bank Arena, House of Blues, The Glass House, Chain Reaction, and Whiskey A-Go-Go. They have shared the stage with such names as "Elvis Monroe" (Members of Lifehouse and Matchbox Twenty) and "Eddie Money." The Rare’s epic rock is once again being recorded for their newest album, “In the dark,” scheduled for a release this November.
