Russell Babbitt / Bio

I started playing guitar at 11 years old. I was always fascinated and obsessed with Rock and Roll, Reggae, Soul, Blues, and pretty much any good music I could get my hands on. I have a very eclectic taste and love all kinds of music. At 15 I started playing at Pike Place Market as a street musician and have been busking ever since. Today I play what I would call Bluegrass / classic rock / blues / some other secret sauce that ties it all together.
I have overcome huge obstacles in my life and if anyone wants to know more of my story, my experience, and the true story of how I went from living under a bridge not wanting to live anymore in March of this year to being grateful and having a smile on my face pretty much all day, then please give me a call or shoot me an e-mail @inrvizion@gmail.com . You can reach me @ 503-395-7716 which is also a good number for booking or just to call me up and talk about how your day's going. I don't have too much going on these days so I am always happy to lend an ear.

I play guitar, write songs, jam with friends, volunteer some of my time to help the elderly, the homeless, and anyone whose in need. I have a garden and love to tend my plants, growing flowers as well as food, I am trying to focus more on the food though and I am very interested in permaculture or sustainable agriculture as some people call it. I hope everyone who takes the time to read this will also take the time to listen to at least one song and drop me a comment. ;-) I truly hope that EVERYBODY out there is having a wonderful day and is living life in every breath B-)
