Mike Garrigan / Bio

Mike Garrigan is a singer/songwriter and producer from Greensboro, NC.

He is best known for having been the front man of the Universal Records alternative rock band Collapsis, who garnered a #28 position on the Billboard Modern Rock Chart with “Automatic” in 2000. Collapsis disbanded in early 2001.

Mike joined the Atlantic Records band Athenaeum in 2001 as a support guitarist and vocalist. Athenaeum disbanded in 2004, but occasionally performs reunion shows.

Since 2002, Mike has recorded and released six albums: The Promise of Summer (2002), Gravity Affects Me (2004), Live at the Evening Muse (2005), Voyage of the Malamander (2010), The Return of Spring (2011), and Pillar of the Sun (2012).

Currently, Mike is working on the concluding album of his seasonal series, The Echoes of Winter.
