Hailing from the great state of New York and growing up in Utica, I started playing guitar at the age 13. After a month of lessons learning jingle bells and Camptown races, I decided to learn on my own. Early influences were The Allman Brothers, Jeff Beck and Grand Funk Railroad. I mostly learned from friends and watching other guitarists, especially local artists like Barry Medici and Paul Angerosa. I still remember them after all these years. We had many garage and basement bands from South Utica to New Hartford. Spent hours learning licks off of records. I must replaced the needle on my turntable monthly. Then after various cover bands I was exposed to Joe Satriani 1987 and realized that instrumental guitar songs were what I wanted to write. After more than 20 years I am still developing my style and have 4 self produced albums. The 5th is currently in the works and I also have written a couple of songs for my 6th album that will include vocals. I hope that you enjoy my songs. Please contact me with your comments.
