Formed in early 2008, TCP began an effort to create compelling progressive rock, drawing on all eras of this phenomenal brand of music. The band's debut album in 2009, The Way, was well received by critics and fans throughout Europe, Canada, and the Americas. TCP's anticipated follow up album, Fantastic Dreamer, was released in the spring of 2011 to critical acclaim. Both albums released by 10T Records have been extensively reviewed and distributed worldwide. The band's third album on Watt Records is due to be released July 12, 2016.
The most popular critic comparisons for TCP appear to be an amalgamation of King Crimson, Genesis, Fish, IQ, Marillion, Phideaux and Spock's Beard. The band's music tends to be fairly complex, edgy to atmospheric, and yet accessible with an unmistakable TCP sound.
