Beats, rhymes and life define the personal style of Brooklyn native Fresh Daily. As an emcee and graphic designer, this artist’s persona and prowess make it hard to disagree with his emcee name. Of his rap moniker he says:
“Fresh Daily just fits me right, I stay Fresh all day, every day, with the rhymes and the style but more importantly, it’s all about being consistently innovative”.
After releasing notable and highly regarded mixtape “Tomorrow is Today” to critical online acclaim, followed with debut album, “Fresh Daily is the Gorgeous Killer in Crimes of Passion” (’09) featuring production by Illmind, Oh No, 88 Keys, Dj Spinna, Exile & more. It featured guest appearances from Tanya Morgan, Homeboy Sandman and more.
Following online projects,“Mothership/L A ND” & “The Quiet Life” both saw success in a combined 15k downloads. Fresh Daily designed 2 shirts and a cap to accompany “Mothership/L A N D” w/ clothing company Sacred Stitch.
His recent album “The Brooklyn Good Guy” was sponsored by Converse and Complex Media Network and feat. Grammy Award winner Om’mas Keith (of Sa-Ra), as well as Murs, Black Spade, Melo-X and More. More work w/ the Converse brand followed by being a part of the Converse A/V project, performing at Converse's SXSW show, performing at the Converse block party around the country as well as playing their "Brooklyn Bound" showcase.
In between projects, Fresh Daily does live show set around the U.S & Europe w/ acts like The Dream, Stalley, Hawthorne Headhunters, J-Live, Homeboy Sandman, Blu and Tanya Morgan.
Currently working on both a new album and several art/design/collabo projects, Fresh is keeping himself busy and relevant as both a musician and visual/graphic artist.
