Truck Stop Gamblers / Bio

Truck Stop Gamblers is a country band playing music with Rockabilly, Southern Rock, Blues and Texas Red Dirt flavor. The band consists of 4 members, each with a variety of musical influences--from a lead guitarist (Drew Hudson) who was brought up on Stevie Ray Vaughn to a lead singer (Logan Gray) who was raised on Gary Stewart and other country classics.

All four band members grew up together, unaware of each other’s musical interest and talent. Shortly after high school, Logan and Drew came together as an acoustic duo but soon added Keith Sadler to keep a steady beat on the drums. This trio played only a few shows before recruiting Logan’s older cousin Josh “The Phish” Gray to play bass. Truck Stop Gamblers was born and quickly took advantage of any opportunity to get together and play.

February 2014 brought the release of the Truck Stop Gamblers freshman album “Made For You”, which has already garnered radio play on 95.9 The Ranch radio station based in Fort Worth, TX and many other reporting stations around Texas. Music Director for The Ranch, Shayne Hollinger, has given the album his “stamp of approval.” “Made For You” is available on iTunes, Amazon and Google Play.

Truck Stop Gamblers is currently based in Granbury, Texas and steadily books shows at clubs, fund raisers and private parties in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area. They have established a large, loyal fan base that has provided them with a successful merchandise program as well.
