Tarek Guerbatou is a singer, songwriter, musician and actor who performs an international repertoire from Annaba, Algeria in North Africa and currently lives in Chicago Illinois. He sings in three languages, Arabic, French and English. His style is unique, versatile and in any genre but could be considered world music. His singing style has been compared to Robert Plant and Bob Marley. He is called BOB in Algeria because of his similarities to Bob Marley. He is a singer but plays the guitar, harmonica and many kinds of African drums and percussions. He brings in a rotating group of international artists that are masters in their African instruments. He also does international cinema scoring with over 15 movies to his credit. He is currently working on a world album and is a producer for Che to Chi audio/visual productions. He is the singer for Tarek 22 and The Peace movement and Doum sound and is creating a new band who will be named 'The Lions'.
