Mariko Ruhle, is a Seattle based musician/singer-songwriter from Santa Barbara, California. Her band TEMPLE CANYON is where her musical heart resides most of the time. Temple Canyon is a rain-dance, heavy-meadow, happy/sad, snail-rock, "hang ten"-yinyang-bicoastal-funk band rooted in Americana, and at times like living in the blue of a 70's acid flashback. It is "rock of ages" "...something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue." Serious songs, with a sense of humor before and after.
