• A few Review Quotes from TIW Music. Author is Linda Freeman. " What first drew me to Tone Captain was their single, "Meds." It's a spare, funky song that has great flow. Austin Goodman's vocal is outstanding, like Anthony Kiedis meets Caleb Followill, and Seth Goodman, Avey and Cooper create a cool, catchy groove. "
"Gold Medal" "has a Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers feel to it, catchy lyrics, and features more solid musicianship. "
"Need It" " is another song that contrasts a funky groove with stark lyrics, stellar guitar work by Avey and punchy bass and percussion by Avey and Cooper that has just the right edge. "
