Jerry Delay is a DJ, musician and lyricist from Cologne. Since 1998 he is working as a DJ in Cologne, Münster and Berlin. After moving to Berlin in 2002 he also produced electronic sounds and remixes under the name “Gollum Smith”. As one result he released his very first own album “Stereotony” released on Total Wipes, Italy, followed by the remix album “HIStereotony” (available on Beatport). On the other hand he produced several internationally acclaimed remixes which were released for Paul James (2008, together with The Beta) or Vision X (2010, KULT Records, New York). He also produced remixes for artists like Gossip, JMK, Gossip or Distorted Reality. In 2007 he was co-producing and remixing the german-israeli singer-songwriter Juval Porat for his albums “Here And Now“(2007) and “Metaphoric” (2009). In 2009 he formed the band Mind$trom together with Juval’s keyboarder Chantal Ailsby and English singer Carrie Skipper. 2010 Jerry Delay went back to Cologne working as a DJ again in Münster, Essen and Cologne. In 2011 he began producing remixes with Rock Baer as his keyboarder.

Rock Baer is a multi-instrumentalist from Cologne and was born in 1991.He grew up with classical music, jazz and rock music. As a five year old kid he began to learn playing piano. Being eleven years old, he began to play church organ and with fourteen he learned to play drums, acoustic and bass guitar and several other instruments. Since 2008 Rock Baer was part of several bands where he played several instruments. 2008 he formed together with the brothers Leon (guitar) and Simon (drums) the band Dynachord who played a mixture of progressive rock and metal. Rock Baer played bass guitar, but they mainly played instrumental pieces, because they could not find a singer. Besides, Rock Bear worked on his first own songs which had relation to pop and electronic music. In 2010 they found a singer and the name Dynachord was changed into Anorthic. As Anorthic they had a lot of local success in the Cologne region. But the band Anorthic spit up in 2011, because the singer left the band. Later that year Leon and Simon joined the very successful Cologne-based metal band Slamdown.

In 2011 Rock Bear produced his first electronic album “Beatland” as A.S. Rock Baer which was released online on Soundcloud containing instrumental tracks. He formed the electronic rock band Twisted Memories in 2012. At this time he was writing, recording and producing their songs for an EP. Also in 2012 he released his second album “Bass’n’Keys” (Dubstep/Breakbeat) online on Soundcloud from with he released the singles “Crazy Move” (later part of 2013’s “Another Morning”) and “Dark Side of the Moon”. At the same time he joined the funk/soul cover band The Big Live where he still plays bass-guitar.

After producing a remix for Cologne based producer Carsten Düsener (“Morning Light”) in 2012 Jerry Delay and Rock Baer decided to establish a music production company together.
