Annie Moscow is a poet, singer, and hit songwriter (Sarah Vaughn, Sister Sledge, Mickey Mouse). Since 2001, she has been performing her original music throughout the country, intimately connecting with fans who tell her, "You're singing about my life too." Her memorable songs often cut below people's comfort levels, expressing what others think but don't dare say.
A riveting performer, Moscow commands the stage as she takes her audiences to unexpected places through creative musical arrangements, storytelling and lyrical twists. In addition to her concert work, she has written and toured two one-woman shows featuring her original music: "Philosophical Musings of a Suburban Dwelling Free Spirit" (2009) and "The Beauty of the Numbers" (2010).
Born in New York and raised in [various locations in the greater northeast metropolitan area], Moscow now makes her home in Arizona, where she is currently at work on her 4th CD, “Phoenix”, due out in 2011, as well as her third one-woman show, "peoplesongs", debuting July 2011 at the Herberger Theater.
