Robert has been playing music off and on for half a century. Earliest memories have him playing and singing Beautiful Brown Eyes on a ukulele, somewhere around the age of four. After that, he was in a rock band in the late 60s. (Wasn't everyone?)
After a long hiatus, he returned to performing in 2005, and began writing not long after that. Robert's first two albums, One Of Them Nights and Live at the FFMS were released in 2006 and 2008 respectively, and his his 3rd album, Could You Forgive? was released in early 2009, with excellent reviews. His Christmas album, Pere Noel, was released on December 4th of that year. It contains 5 traditional Christmas carols, and 5 songs written by Robert. Three of the songs got a lot of air-play around the holiday season. They were "Pere Noel", "The Journey" and "Under The Mistletoe. He continues to perform in venues that welcome original music. Writing and recording in his home studio are what keeps him going today. He began work on his next album, "Shady Stories and White Lies" in mid 2010, and released it in October of that year. Then, in March of 2011 he released his Celtic album called, "Celticism". It contains 4 original and 6 traditional Celtic tunes. As of July, 2011 he has begun work on his next release, "But My Friends Call Me Bob". He plans to release this 13 song album by the end of 2011.
