The album Rewind is the first full-length collection of the band's efforts up to this point. With new lead vocalist Wesley Berger and guitarist Alex Maiers, the band has now reached a fully developed and more refined sound to what Writer/Pianist Chris Kline and Drummer Clayton Miles had set out with. The memorable hooks and unmistabkeable tonality of three-part vocal harmony continues to add a uniques touch to the band's Pop/Rock style. While the group seems to have hit it's stride in this modern musical vein, you'll find no shortage of old habits in their surprising time signatures, intricate piano riffs, and danceable grooves.
Started in a small St. Paul apartment in 2012, Narrow Vines has proven their mettle throughout the Midwestern region and plan on reaching further by 2015. Having faced perilous travel, broken deals, departing members, this group keeps their head up, game face on, and feet firmly planted in what they know: music.
Narrow Vines looks forward to independently releasing their first full-length album Rewind June 10, 2014.
You can catch the premiere of the album at the Unvarnished Music Festival in Worthington, MN June 13th, 2014, or at their official Rewind release show in St. Paul, MN June 14, 2014.
