Dog Day King (DDK) is a rush of ambient hard rock. Hard hitting rhythms, colorful, yet progressive with sweet undertones of their 1970s roots. Formed in Denver Co. and relocated to Las Vegas in 2012, they have put together a compelling mix of musical talent and culture. Heavy, ambient guitar tones that bring you back to the 90s hard rock/grunge scene with that other special quality of the 60s/70s combined with southern bluesy guitar solos. The raw, powerful vocals of Tony La Guardia leading the bands fierce yet delicate sound, DDK are true slaves to the music experience, and to the Rock/hard rock listener. Their songs have pure, raw emotion, and treat without reservation subjects from greed and false profits, to sex and schizophrenia. They have toured and collaborated with some of the best talent in the entertainment world. DDK will continue to be slaves to the song.
