Grant The Chef (Music World Order) / Bio

Born March 3, 1987 in Manteca California to Ahmad and Cynthia Grant, Denishio Grant "Grant The Chef," was a military brat that lived in England and Las Vegas and by the age of 10 he moved to Fayetteville, NC where he grew up for the later years. Grant didn't seriously begin his music career until he moved back to California at the tender age of fifteen with his High School best friends, Blaze Trackz, A-Child, and YoungN. Grand owned a mid-grade home based studio where he would occasionally rap but mostly focused on producing/engineering for hours upon hours training his "ear" to produce the best possible clarity one could find on his budget. Grand and his friends formed a group and dropped their first project entitled "The Genesis" which gained a separation in local talent gaining a class act local buzz leading to suitable CD and shirt sales. Grant and his crew stuck together from 2002 to 2005 when he graduated and joined the Air Force for educational benefits that he knew would benefit him in the long run to attend Full Sail University in Orlando Florida. His next venture in life was McGuire AFB, NJ from 2006-2010 where Grant met another lifelong friend, brother and artist Edwin Farlough Jr. "Pharao" who was the CEO of Parish Musik. Grant and Pharao teamed up and with combined knowledge and skill and they ended up dropping hit singles on a regular basis landing them eon an online radio station (BBC) gaining national airplay. Life eventually stripped Grant from NJ and sent him to Valdosta, GA early in 2011. In 2012 Grant met with a profound Artist/Composer Cal-Rod, Hip Hop Guru Everett "Chat" Chatman and Artist Craig "Wu" Wooten and made Music World Order what it is today. The Kung Fu trio came together and dropped their first mixtape together entitled "Field Day" February 14, 2013 encompassing three different knowledge/conscious flows creating a mega power amongst their competition, putting them in their own lane to super-stardom. To date, Grant has performed at several venues but still holds his passion for engineering which is one of his strongest qualities that he brings to Music World Order.
