History: Four buds came together in August 2012 when other bands didn't work out. Local scene vet Cody Ristau (Echodrive/In All Its Glory) recruited Alex Frew, Dustin Miner (both formerly of Euralea!) and Seth Jeffries to have some fun and write music that they love. 9th Street went on to win the Rock Island Brewing Company Battle of the Bands, which led to a gain of popularity and opportunity. Over the past few years, 9th Street Memory released their first four track EP, then ultimately decided to focus on creating a full length album. The full length was to be recorded under the production of long time engineer and musician Rob Cimmarusti. Unfortunately the Quad Cities music community lost Rob to his battle with cancer, shortly after the recording process began. Rob Cimmarusti's death was deeply saddening, however Rob left 9th Street Memory in the good hands of Jeff Loder. Jeff and Rob had been working together for some time, and Loder was more than willing to pick everything up where it were left off. The full length album being in its final stages is set to release in 2016. The singles from the album have been released as of 05/27/16 and are available for streaming and digital sale.
