Gerald Goode / Bio

Gerald Goode is a New York area singer, songwriter, DJ and producer known for his unique voice, dynamic production work, floor stomping remixes and, most notably, his long-time tenure as the lead singer of the rock band Simple Jim. In 2008, he released “For Those Who Have” on his own independent label, Vessel Music. Along with creating dozens of remixes and original electronic music, he has also produced music for recording artists RuPaul, Jason Walker, Suzanne Palmer, Inaya Day, Amuka, Suzanne Vick and Lisa Heile.

In 2012, Gerald was recruited to lend his vocal talents and play piano for Varla Jean Merman in her show, "Topping Myself," in a three month run at the Art House Theatre in Provincetown, MA. He is currently wrapping up recording his second full-length solo effort, "Rocket Ship," He is also in the process of writing the music for a new play by Ryan Landry.

He lives in Provincetown, MA.
