Beau Walker was born and grew up in Kingsville Texas the land of mesquite, cactus and the rich heritage of Tejano and Country. At an early age he was drawn musically and began his musical endeavors on the harmonica and piano. An Uncle recognized his untapped musical potential and taught him how to play the guitar, starting him on his musical journey. After graduating high school and completing trade school, he entered the workforce in Tyler Texas where he played with a local band providing lead vocals, playing guitar and writing his own songs. Beau returned home to South Texas, played with a number of bands and continued recording endeavors that he began in Tyler. He has opened for such notable musicians as Charlie Daniels, Billy Dean, Miranda Lambert, Randy Rogers Band, Max Stalling, Reckless Kelly, Jason Boland, Cody Johnson, and others. Since the release of his first solo album "Solid Ground", in May of 2011, he was awarded by the CMA of Texas Hall of Fame as "Upcoming Artist 2012". His most recent album, "Cast Iron Constitution", was released July 4th, 2013, and is available online, and at live shows. 2014, a very busy year, brought many victories for Beau. His first two professionally released singles landing on the Texas Regional Radio Chart, and receiving the news of his induction into the CMA of Texas Hall of Fame. Grateful to God, his family, his band, and those who have supported him along the way, he continues to keep his music real and worthy of the fine people he is humbled to call fans.
