The James Dean Garage Band / Bio

The James Dean Garage Band is a collaboration between songwriting partners Howard Spencer Parsons (aka "the ekcotones”) and Steve Pease. Their eponymous album was recorded at emptyroom studios in Leeds, England. The James Dean Garage Band tip their hats in thanks to Rick Moody-for the stunning short story that gave the band their name; and to Lewis Shiner-whose seminal rock'n'roll fantasy "Glimpses" provided impetus and inspiration for the album.
