I was born in Austin, Texas. Lived there for six years before moving to North Alabama. I currently live in Huntsville but grew up in Florence, Alabama. I have always had an interest in music and growing up in the Shoals area only fueled that fire allowing me to work with and be mentored by some great artists. I attended the University of North Alabama and during that time became a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. I learned so much in that house; lessons of leadership, love, and respect were defiantly learned but I also learned a lot about music from some of my fraternity brothers. Some of those people are John Jackson, currently with the Wildwood Ruminator's, and Adam Browder, lead guitarist of Kip Moore. Whether is was a simple guitar lesson or being part of an evening jam session these men had a dramatic influence on my playing today. John went into the studio with me on some of the tracks you hear on this page today. They were recorded in 2005. I am back to writing again, so look for future songs to be posted soon.
