Roberto Donati was born and raised in Italy in the sixties glorious. As a guitarist / singer ended up forming a wide variety of bands playing a wide spectrum of musical genres such as Rock, Pop, R & B and Country & Western. Many of his songs have been recorded as a single label Belldisc the late sixties and seventies.
With all this experience behind Mr. Donati then devoted himself to composing soundtracks. These were recorded under the pseudonym 'Budy'
He worked with different directors (including the legendary director Umberto Lenzi) wrote music for films in various genres including comedy Italian, erotica, western and horror. Highlights include "Apache Woman" & "Rome Armed to the Teeth (1976)," Emanuelle and Lolita "(1978)," Eaten Live! "(1980)," Cannibal Ferox "(1981) and" Meeting last Paradise "(1982).
These compositions have made him an established player in the panorama Italian soundtrack and for which he has received praise internationally, just as his contemporaries "Fabio Frizzi", "Riz Ortolani," ...
