Unlike other Seattle rock bands, Dead Sea Symphony delivers a unique, melodic twist to the usual hard rock sound. Adding to Dead Sea Symphony's dynamic, the band is fronted by two singers. Jeff Sifferman (Vocals/Guitar) brings a classic rock voice, with a gritty punk rock edge, accompanied by guitar riffs influenced by 70's classic rock. Sky Pepin (Vocals/Guitar) adds a progressive dynamic of guitars. From distorted, heavy sounds to quiet intricate guitar stylings, along with a voice full of melody. The rhythm section is made up of Larry E. Kelly on Bass and Kevin Martinez on Drums. Larry E. Kelly brings a a solid and smooth style of bass. Coming from a diverse background, having played the Warped Tour in 1998 and 1999, to performing in theater orchestras around the country Add in the dynamic beats of Kevin Martinez, bringing a solid and steady rhythm complimented by hard and abrasive drumming for the loud songs, to quiet steady drums that'll make you dance to the beat for the quieter songs. Dead Sea Symphony stands out from what's happening in Seattle, playing a very diverse range of music, with a wide range of influences. From Boston to Social Distortion to Incubus to City and Colour, Dead Sea Symphony takes all these influences for a special blend of rock music and makes for a very fun show. With many Seattle shows under their belts since the beginning of 2013, Dead Sea Symphony are planning for big things for the remainder of 2013. Including a new EP to be release around late summer, with a West Coast tour to go along with the release.
