Born in Lima, Peru, Raised in Silver Spring, MD. The Werkers have learned all they know by ear and heart. In the beginning we recorded only with a handful of instruments and a Tascam 8-track. Up until the song ‘The Rains (Demo)’ all instruments were played live, using no computers and no loop. In 2016 with the release of the album “Windsor’s Alley” it sparked the first piece of work using softwares like Ableton and Pro Tools. Still listening and learning from every sounds we hear, we push the creative mind and try to absorb influences from blues, rock, reggae, psychedelic, folk, country, jam, electronic, hip hop, to even alittle gypsy swing. The Werkers push only to try to conserve the love for music and art. Trying to jam all styles and mixing genres, we do it for the love of music and to hopefully inspire someone out there as we have been with our sounds of life.
