Anna and Mom.
Anna and Mom (Anna and LeNaye Pearson) have been singing together around the Southern US for several years. Primarily performing in the Middle Tennessee area, their performance venues range from churches to Fontanel in the Pepsi Studio Gallery to Puckett’s Nashville, Two Old Hippies, Opry Mills, as well as the Commodore Grille. In addition to performing, the two are also actively involved in volunteering with Musicians On Call (www.musiciansoncall.org), bringing live music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities. Recently, they performed on a broadcast sponsored by News Channel 5.
Unique in their individual musical styles, they consider their genre to be a "compilation of generations." They play originals and cover songs in country, gospel, Americana, blues, and folk. On stage, you will see Anna playing the guitar, ukulele, and banjo while you will find Mom playing rhythm guitar and percussion. 1AM’s overall mission is to give their listeners hope through the music they write and the songs they play.
Two generations, one family harmony; that’s 1AM.
