Korey Wayne Sorg is from the small town of New Washington, IN. Growing up Korey took a liking to music watching his father " David Sorg " playing guitar and singing. At the young age of 11, Korey got his first guitar and his love for music took off from there. As soon as Korey was old enough, he began to play small venues as much as he could. Korey's biggest musical influences include Garth Brooks, Dustin Lynch, Justin Moore, and Keith Whitley. For the last few years Korey has focused strictly on music and writing his own songs. Korey has had the chance to play at Fiddle and Steel Guitar Bar in Nashville, TN. He also got the opportunity to meet, as well as play for such greats as Tony Arata, Songwriter of The Dance for Garth Brooks and Craig Carothers, Songwriter of Little Herculces for Trisha Yearwood. Korey continues to play venues and write music as much as possible and hopes to grab the auidence in every song, also has dreams of making it in the country music industry.
