Nia Long has a love for music that has been apart of her since the day she could talk. Both her mother & grandmother have beautiful voices and that gift was passed along to her. Between the ages of 4 and 15, Nia sang in her church's youth choir. If she wasn't singing in church, she was singing in choirs at school, as well as holding several leads. In high school, "I was in the chamber choir as well as the mainstage ensemble, taking part in "Damn Yankees" my junior year" says Nia. Singing is her passion. "I wake up singing, I sing while I eat, and I'm pretty sure I sing in my sleep."
Nia Long is currently working on my first mixtape/EP titled "The Voice", which will be released at the end of this summer. This opportunity came about when a childhood friend introduced her to Dante Goodwin, a.k.a. Kid Marv. To Nia, singing comes natural like breathing.
