A friend suggested I write a little bio .. but when you've been around as much or time wise as I have .. where to begin? Started out of course at a young 14 years old in a garage band in a little town called Sylvania, Ohio. Kinda of a small town suburb of Toledo, Ohio. Eventually our bands we're playing all the clubs and roller rinks turned into clubs with Bob Seeger, Ted Nugent and The Amboy Dukes, The James Gang with Joe Walsh. The early 70's brought about the singer songwriter phase and we had a trio called Zaftig, a Crosby Stills and Nash harmony type group with all original music and we toured all over on the east coast performing in what was called, "The College Coffee House Circuit." Great experience at maybe 20 years old traveling and falling in love and playing music. But of course we split up after a very close call at CBS in New York getting a record deal. We disbanded like so many and I made it to the West Coast, L.A. where in the late 70's started touring as back up singer and eventually guitarist for Oscar winning song writer Paul Williams. Traveling the world with Mr Williams and having a wonderful time. Did a record in the mid 80's and was fortunate enough to have Michael McDonald trade verses with me on the title song of that record called, "Train Of Freedom" He and I wrote a song for his wife's album, Amy Holland then as well. Still work off and on with Paul Williams. Finished a CD called "Pray For Rain" a few months ago of all new music and am very close to having the next one done called "Who We Can Be" Its been a wonderful ride and I not stopping yet!!
