Spicewood Crossing brings together Gregg Ronald Geil's song writing and some very talented Texas musicians.
"Do You Remember Austin (Back in the Good Old Days)" was the first release in early 2012, and its video (produced by Mary Hopkins Geil) became a viral You Tube sensation which has been viewed over 120,000 times. The video and its creation were subsequently featured on a KXAN news report.
"Wet Noses and Wagging Tails" pays tribute to the love, quirks and companionship of pets.
"No I Did Not Cheat" was born of Gregg's love of old-time country music. At lunch with some co-workers, a fellow was overheard complaining about his wife, "How can I cheat her out of something that she doesn't want." From that line a song was born.
Gregg's wife Carolyn is the love of his life, his biggest fan, and his best friend.
