Not Supposed To Be Here started with a team of two people, Stephen Morley (Drummer, Composer), and Melody Beals (Singer, Lyricist) in a Small city just outside of Austin, called Georgetown, TX. They met in a local chiropractic clinic where they expressed their interest and love for music. In March of 2012 they joined forces where Stephen would compose complete instrumental pieces, and Melody would put lyrics and melodies (No pun intended) to the compositions. Using the only thing at their disposal, they were able to create the catchiest pop songs, and riffs using only an iPad to create and record. They are quickly moving up in the ranks and turning heads with the folky pop song, "Running Shoes", a deep and powerful rock song called "Wrecking Ball", and their newest upbeat dance song, "Lay You Down".
They have plans to put a full live band together and are currently holding auditions so they can get out and burst into the music scene to give everybody something brand new and refreshing to sing along and dance to.
